2. Connect a source to see its collected activity; Knowledge and Assets explain how to organize it and control agent access.
3. Set up your public site when you are ready to publish.

Your personal account is separate from workspaces. Each workspace has its own members, integrations, site, docs, assets, and access controls. You can belong to more than one workspace.
